TwoMP
Introduction
Description
TwoMP is a MATLAB graphical user interface for two-mode partitioning analysis (Schepers & Hofmans, 2008). Given a two-mode data matrix, TwoMP estimates a user-specified range of two-mode partitioning solutions by making use of a multistart alternating least squares algorithm and subsequently performs a convex hull-based model selection (Schepers, Ceulemans & Van Mechelen, 2008) in order to identify the most appropriate solution.
Authors
TwoMP was created by Jan Schepers and Joeri Hofmans of the Research Group of Quantitative Psychology and Individual Differences of the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

Getting TwoMP
What
The download package is a zip-file that you may unpack in any folder of choice. After unpacking, you should start MATLAB and change its current directory to the folder in which you have unpacked the files in question. Typing TwoMP after the command prompt will launch the graphical user interface TwoMP.
