National assessment of the attainment targets of French in the second year of secondary education in FlandersLien WillemKU Leuven | |
| Abstract: | Last year a national assessment was held for the attainment targets of French in the first grade of secondary education. All second-year students of the 104 participating schools took a reading test. About one-third of these students also took a writing test. The latter students were all supposed to take also a listening test, but due to technical problems of the external server, only about 40% of them did so. In the presentation, the results on the attainment targets will be presented as well as the multilevel analyses to investigate differences among students, classes, and schools. Note that the official release of the results is on March 12 only. |
