| Abstract: | In this presentation it will be shown that clusterwise simultaneous component analysis can be a very useful tool for emotion research. First, we will apply the method to a cross-cultural data set, revealing insightful differences among Belgian, Turkish, and American samples. Subsequently, we will show that this analysis technique can be used to detect individual differences in emotional granularity and to obtain a more fine-grained description of such differences. |
