Developments for data analysis and visualisation at MESRG

ADPROCLUS

A graphical user interface for fitting additive profile clustering models to object by variable data matrices.

CICES

This R-software enables users to synthesize the results of multiple single-case experiments by calculating confidence intervals for combined effect sizes (CICES) based on randomization test inversion.

MBCA

The MultiBlock Component Analysis (MBCA) software allows to fit a set of component models to multivariate multiblock data (e.g., observations from a set of variables for subjects that are embedded in groups).

MLM-RT

This R-software contains a randomization test wrapper for multilevel models which can be used to analyze multiple-baseline designs in a nonparametric manner.

ML-DEs

MultiLevel Design Efficiency using Simulation. Development has stopped.

SCDA

An R Commander plug-in for designing and analyzing single-case experiments.

SCRT-R

An R package for the nonparametric analysis and meta-analysis of single-case experimental data.

Shiny SCDA

The Shiny app for Single-Case Data Analysis (Shiny SCDA) is a web application programmed in RStudio's Shiny, which allows users to design and analyze single-case experiments using a common web browser.

RT4WIN

Randomization Tests for Windows: updated version.

RTI-R

A set of R functions for calculating nonparametric confidence intervals for single-case experimental data.

MultiSCED

This web application has been developed to assist practitioners to apply multilevel modeling on their single-case experimental disign (SCED) data. It provides a guide through a workflow leading to a full multilevel (meta-)analysis.
