Diensten van dICT
Dict biedt speciale faculteitgerichte ICT diensten aan als een dienstenleverancier.
Personeel van de faculteit PPW kan op dICT een beroep doen voor:
Services in de helpdesk
- Back-up (TSM)
- Licenties SPSS
- Internet Webserver
- netwerkaansluiting
- File Transfer Protocol (bestanden opladen)
- WIFI Draadloos Netwerk
- Uitleen webcam en micro voor skype-vergaderingen
The following services may appear to be contrary to the existing PPW ICT Policy 2009. However these policies are being reviewed regularly to ensure the PPW ICT Services are in line with the Faculty's needs and the proposed ICT governance model of the KULeuven. The PPW ICT Policy 2009 will be replaced by service entries in the same format once the catalog has been approved by "faculteits bestuur". The catalog will be english first, translation into Dutch will be contemplated once the catalog is completed.
As a result the following service has been agreed upon by the "PPW bestuurscommitee" and added to the PPW ICT Services:
