Francqui Chair 2008-2009 awarded to Tom A.B. Snijders

A Belgian Francqui Chair 2008-2009 has been awarded to prof. dr. Tom A.B. Snijders (University of Oxford and University of Groningen).

The topic of this Francqui chair will be "Statistical Models for Social Network Data".

The chair wil comprise an inauguration and a lecture series.

It is organized under the auspices of the Francqui Foundation, the Interuniversity Attraction Pole on Statistics, the Leuven Statistics Research Center, and the Research Group on Quantitative Psychology and Individual Differences.
