Practical information for your first days in Leuven
- Find a room (http://www.kuleuven.be/accommodation/ or https://admin.kuleuven.be/sab/ex/en/accommodation/index) and register at the Registrar's Office (Naamsestraat 22) and Town Hall first. After registration you have to start using your KULeuven email address.
- Join the Orientation Days (http://www.kuleuven.be/orientationdays/). The Orientation Days are very useful: you will receive lots of practical information and meet fellow Erasmus students!
- In the beginning of each semester Prof. Frank Baeyens, Erasmus Coordinator, will give an information session concerning students, time tables, registration for the seminars etc. You will receive an email with date, hour and place on time. BE THERE!!!!!
- For students who want to take a language course: the Faculty reimburses 1 regular English or Dutch course (not an intensive course!!). If you want to enjoy this reimbursement, see http://ppw.kuleuven.be/english/erasmus/application_and_forms#reimbursement_language_course.
- Heleen Hendrix is your direct contact person. Her office hours are 11-12h and 13-14h. Please (try to) respect them!
