Research - Onderzoek
The group is dedicated to research on the psychology of organizational change as core issue. More specifically, the group focuses on understanding organizational change from within task related aspects ( job insecurity, and employability), interpersonal aspects ( leader- and followership, conflict management and negotiation) or organizational aspects (change management).
