De onderzoeksgroep verzorgt onderwijs voor de afstudeerrichting Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie op bachelor en masterniveau binnen het departement Psychologie. De groep is ook betrokken bij opleidingen buiten de faculteit. Binnen de drie klassieke domeinen vermeld in de ENOP richtlijnen, Arbeidspsychologie, Organisatiepsychologie en Personeelspsychologie, willen we studenten zowel fundamentele kennis aanreiken als de mogelijkheid geven professionele competenties te verwerven. Onze aanpak is daarom een combinatie van ervaringsgericht leren met theoretische en methodologische vorming en vaardigheidstraining. De band met het praktijkveld wordt hierbij steeds benadrukt.

Conflictmanagement en bemiddeling in individuele arbeidsconflicten

 

The research group is responsible for the courses in Work and Organizational Psychology, in the bachelor and master Psychology, and contributes to other programs as well. The eduction covers the three classical theme’s, according to the ENOP guideliness: Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology. The group aims to teach students the fundaments in these three areas, and provides the knowledge and skills to work as professionals. More specifically, experiential learning is combined with theoretical and methodological teaching and training and relations with the professional field are emphasized
