PhD regulations
The university has established a number of general rules (only available in Dutch) with regard to obtaining a doctoral degree.
The general rules are further elaborated in the Faculty’s Doctoral Programme Regulations. The most important elements of the regulations are also explained on the webpages 'the doctoral process' and 'the doctoral training'.
These guidelines apply to anyone seeking to pursue a doctoral degree in Psychology or in Educational Sciences. Motivated exemptions can be addressed to the respective coordinators of the doctoral programme (via claudia.debroyer@ppw.kuleuven.be).
Some of the doctoral students have already fulfilled part of the program requirements according to the previous system Transitional arrangements can be found on the webpage of the doctoral training.
